All Wagyu Beef sold at ZIPAIR is procured from the JA ZEN-NOH Group through Tsuchiya Co., Ltd.. Since its establishment in 1947, Tsuchiya Co., Ltd. has offered safe and high quality Wagyu beef from all over Japan and continues to do so through its nationwide network. Cutting is tailored to each customer’s needs using skilled process techniques, and products are sold under strict hygiene control at HACCP (Hygiene Administration Control Methods prescribed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare) certified factories. To date, products have been used by a wide range of restaurant owners.
