• Refunds for Changes and Cancellations

  For Flex Biz, refunds for cancellations are issued in the form of a voucher. You will receive an email containing your 6-digit voucher number and 6-digit PIN.

  

• About Vouchers

  Vouchers are credits issued by ZIPAIR and are distinct from ZIPAIR Points.
  They can be redeemed for future bookings on the ZIPAIR official website. Vouchers can also be used to purchase additional options via the "Confirm/Change Reservation" page. Please have your 6-digit voucher number and 6-digit PIN ready when processing.

  
  • Voucher expiration date:Valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
  • How to use:Vouchers can be used to purchase tickets and other services on ZIPAIR's official website.

• Voucher Issuance Amount and Fees by Timing of Change or Cancellation

  The voucher amount issued will vary depending on the timing of the change or cancellation.
  Please refer to the table below for the voucher amounts and fees for each timing.

  All deadlines are calculated based on the scheduled departure time of your flight. Please ensure that you complete all necessary procedures before the specified time of your flight, rather than by the end of the day (0:00). (e.g., "7 days before departure" means up to 168 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.)
