  Please log in to the ZIPAIR website using your 6-digit reservation number and name at the time of ticket purchase, and follow the instructions on the website to purchase your ticket at least 48 hours prior to departure of your flight. You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the departure of your flight. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at the contact information below.

• 4.How to receive your purchased items

  Purchased items will be brought to your seat by a cabin attendant on board your flight.

• 5.Refund Policy

  Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Refunds will only be accepted in the following cases

  • ・In the event that the flight is cancelled or the product is not loaded onto the aircraft.
  • ・If the merchandise received is different from the contents of the order.
  • ・If the product is damaged, stained, or defective.

  Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases

  • ・Cancellation after 48 hours prior to departure of the scheduled flight.
  • ・Items that are damaged or defective due to the customer’s negligence.
  • ・If we determine that the product is intended for resale.
  • ・If the customer repeatedly makes excessive refunds.
